The CREATE Letter of Intent (LOI) and instructions are now available on NSERC Web site. The deadline to submit the LOI to NSERC will be Monday, May 3rd 2010.
The process is the same as last year; the candidates must have been selected through each University's internal selection process and must attach to their Form 187 a letter from the university’s Vice-President Research or his/her representative which clearly confirms that their proposal has been selected as part of the university’s CREATE quota for the 2011 competition, and describes the university’s support and commitment for this new initiative.

Please note that the CREATE program description is currently being revised and the new version for the 2011 competition will be available shortly. The changes are not major ones but must be taken into account in the preparation and selection of LOIs.
